I have a new-to-me e61 (08 535ix wagon). Has a few issues, and one mod. I have a half day tomorrow to knock one out. What should I do tomorrow?

1. Blower motor is dead. Its in the 40s currently so would be nice to have heat but not critical.

2. Valve cover gasket - tiny oil leak, slightly smokes after running for a while, only noticable when stopped at lights.

3. jb4+ chip. Extra ~70hp

I KNOW WHAT I WANT TO DO BUT WHAT SHOULD I DO

I’ll second the blower motor. Never now when it’s randomly gonna get into the 30s. Plus it shouldn’t take to long to knock out that and the valve covers.

Sorry but blower motor. In the 40s now, in the 20s very soon. Then you’ll be glad you did it.

Jb4 is easy to install. I say fix the valve cover gasket and intstall the jb4.

Valve cover gasket. Don’t want it catching fire like my brother’s car did.

Unless the leak really is tiny... In which case, I’d go for the blower motor.
